Intake B58 Airbox Upgrade OEM Style suitable for BMW 140i

Performance improvement and TÜV are two terms that you rarely read in the same sentence, at least not in a positive context.

The B58 has enormous performance potential, which is exploited by various turbo upgrade kits. Together with Kotte Performance GmbH, we have redesigned the lower part of the OEM airbox, which offers 3 major advantages:

1. A larger manifold finds space under the airbox.
2. An additional opening provides more air volume.
3. You open the hood and see NO difference.

This lower part of the airbox fits with the upper part and even if you open it, you can see the OEM air filter. This has enabled Kotte Performance to achieve 900hp without you noticing it when you open the hood.

The lower part of the airbox is made of an ABS performance material using the vacuum casting principle so that it meets the requirements.

*Attention: It is strongly recommended to wrap the manifold in heat protection tape to reduce radiated heat.
