Alternatively, we offer you the direct bank transfer where you can make the transfer yourself using your online banking or your bank. You will receive our IBAN and BIC after placing your order. If you pay by bank transfer, we will only process your order once the payment has been received in our account (approx. 1-2 working days).
Upon payment by credit card, Apple/Google/Shop/Union-Pay and Maestro the debit is made on the same day. When paying by credit card, the customer provides the following data: cardholder, card number, credit card company, expiration date, CVV code. The data is transmitted using SSL encryption with at least a 128-bit key and is therefore not visible to unauthorized persons.
