Air duct inlet:

In order to transport the air to the brake ventilation outlet, a suitable inlet is essential. The G80/82 M3/M4 (as well as the Competition) already has inlet ducts in the front bumper as standard, but these end in the middle of the wheel arch. In order to avoid the air swirling around randomly in the wheel arch, we have developed an inlet duct that can be installed with minimal effort and connects the air to the outlet using a hose around the wheel. No fastening tools are required for installation. It is carried out in exchange for the original duct connector. The duct is based on the OEM duct and therefore uses exactly the same connection points and can therefore be 100% retrofitted without leaving any residue.

Air duct outlet:

For many vehicles, brake cooling is recommended even under moderate loads, even outside of the race track. This not only improves braking performance, but also drastically reduces wear on the friction partners. Our armature plate uses the channeling of the air flow to the center of the brake disc to use the turbine effect to cool the disc from the inside. We specifically flow the air onto the disc at a defined angle to avoid any scattering losses and to use the available air volume as efficiently as possible. The lightweight construction in combination with powdered aluminum means that the armature plate is sufficiently strong and at the same time light and insensitive. In addition, the bearings closest to the brake disc are shielded from the heat to increase their service life (if necessary).
