CSF intercooler set for Porsche 911 991 Turbo / Turbo S

CSF Race is proud to present its latest cooling innovation, the 991 Turbo and Turbo S intercooler kit. Overview:

• 15-20°C cooler intake temperatures
• 4.5" thick bar and plate core
• wind tunnel optimized core
• Thermal dispersion coating in aerospace quality
• Uses OEM mounting points and OEM clip settings

Testing was conducted on a 2017 991.2 Turbo S with GMG Cat-Back Exhaust, IPD Plenum, IPD Y-Pipe & GIAC Stage 1 Tune. During a power sweep test at 27C ambient, the CSF cooler charge temperature is 33°C and the stock cooler charge temperature is 48°C. The CSF 991 Turbo and Turbo S intercoolers cool 6°C above ambient and 15°C below OEM. Maximum power increase of 41 HP at the wheel.These coolers utilize all of our expert cooling knowledge to deliver an incredibly high performance intercooler solution at a competitive price.

During development, CSF engineers designed and tested several core sizes suitable for this application and then settled on a 4.5" thick, wind tunnel optimized bar and plate core. CSF engineers also used a special aerospace-grade thermal dispersion coating that helps the intercooler system disperse heat faster. As always, fitment is incredibly important. CSF engineers utilize the OEM mounting points, clip settings, and require only a small amount of trimming of the factory intercooler cover to accommodate the huge intercoolers.
