Dorch Engineering high pressure fuel pump suitable for B58 F2x F3x G30 BMW

From the developers of the world's first B58 direct injection comes our next generation of pumps. Our highly successful “Dorch Stage 1 & Stage 2” has been replaced by our latest and greatest creation: the DS15 & DS25! This new pump is our “Stage 1.5” & “Stage 2.5” redesigned and optimized from the ground up. Externally, we updated the packaging to provide exact OEM hose routing for ZERO interference when changing ignition coils or spark plugs. There is no cutting, no bending, no crimping, etc. This kit plugs right in with full control of the DME, just like at the factory. Internally, we redesigned the pressure chamber, spring rates and piston depth, and fully optimized the pump's volumetric efficiency.

What does this mean? It means that the most reliable and highest-flowing B58 pump on the market is now even more reliable and pumps even more! The DS25 is also designed to operate efficiently up to 250 bar pressure to maximize the flow potential of upgraded DI injectors.

Software changes are required to operate this pump. If you use Bootmod3, MHD or MG Flasher, just tick the box for our pump upgrade when flashing. Otherwise please send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for the appropriate software implementation via WinOLS.
