We are proud to present our latest generation of pumps! Our very successful “Dorch Stage 1 & 2” (DS1 & DS2) has been replaced by our latest and greatest creation: the DS15 & DS25. This new pump is redesigned and optimized from the ground up. Externally, we have updated the pump's packaging to allow for improved hose routing for even easier installations. Internally, we have redesigned the pressure chamber, spring rates and piston depth and fully optimized the pump's volumetric efficiency. The pump is now rated for 250 bar and here you can see the expected gains at 200 bar.
It is a complete plug and play kit that will support up to 550hp on E10 fuel (this number can vary greatly depending on tuning strategy and ethanol blend). There is no cutting, no bending, no crimping, etc. This kit installs directly with full control by the DME, just like the OEM pump. All the safety and sophistication of the stock DME is retained. Software changes are required to operate this pump. If you are using MHD or Bootmod3, simply check the box for our pump upgrade when flashing. Otherwise please send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com to make the appropriate software changes via WinOLS.
